In order to provide smooth completion of projects, we will acquire estimations for the works from our group of tradesmen.
ROI We will calculate the return on investment on each property and only email across those with great returns and opportunities with a healthy cash flow.

Different properties will offer different and even multiple strategies, such as BRRR, Flips, Buy to let, Buy/Rent to serviced accommodation, and HMOs.
We will assist with the process by providing links with the necessary legal and management team in order to ensure that HMO properties meet all necessary requirements.
