In accordance with our data protection policy we will not permit photographs, video or other images of tenant and Staffs to be taken without the consent of the relevant individual. As you will be taking part in filming programme which will be shown at the housing 2018 conference, online and via social media – for the chartered Institute of Housing.
The Video will be included in programming (“the Programming”) for the Global Housing Solution LTD (“the Event”) organised by Global Housing Solution LTD (the “Organiser”)
We would like to ask for your consent to take photographs/videos, the filming will be cover by Global Housing Solution LTD media.
It is likely that these images may be used as
- A record of the activity or the event
- In a written evaluation report of the activity or event that will be viewed by the public
- Publicity material for further activities or events on Leaflets/websites/magazines and social medias
- Illustrations of the activities or events in published articles
- Future applications
Global Housing Solution LTD will take all steps to ensure these images are used solely for the purposes they are intended. If you become aware that these images are being used inappropriately you should inform (Global Housing Solution LTD) immediately.
Global Housing Solution LTD will not share your Data with any other organisation without your consent.
